At Japan Goods Direct, we take pride in offering authentic B-Side Label stickers that are carefully packed and shipped with attention to detail.

Because stickers are small, collectible, and personal items, all sales are considered final once shipped.

However, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so please review the following:

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. 

We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund once a legitimate issue is verified.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, does not fit the aesthetic of intended use, incorrect size, or duplicate purchase.

All stickers are new and inspected prior to shipment to ensure quality and satisfaction.
