At Japan Goods Direct, every order is carefully packed and shipped from Hiroshima, Japan. We take great pride in our attention to detail to ensure your orders arrive safely and in excellent condition. Your unboxing experience matters to us.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment is confirmed.
You will receive an email notification after your order has shipped.
How Shipping Is Calculated:
Shipping charges are calculated based on the total packed weight of your order.
Your shipping cost includes the complete fulfillment process, including the international postage, protective packaging materials, and preparation required to ship your order from Japan.
Sticker-Only Orders (Tracked Shipping)
Sticker-only orders are charged using a flat shipping rate based on our lowest shipping tiers. Currently:
US: $9.99
EU: $11.99
Gummy-Only Orders (Tracked Shipping)
Gummy orders are calculated according to the total packed weight of the shipment.
Mixed Orders (Tracked Shipping)
When stickers are added to an order, everything ships together as one tracked package. The shipping guidelines for gummy-only orders are followed. There is no additional shipping charge for the stickers.
🇺🇸 U.S. Shipping
All U.S. orders are shipped using local shipping networks, including Japan Post. These carriers offer the best balance of cost, reliability, and delivery speed.
Delivery usually takes 10–12 business days on average, depending on location, customs volume, or seasonality.
All import duties and applicable taxes are included in your shipping calculation at checkout. The amount shown at checkout is your final shipping-related cost—there are no additional import fees upon delivery.
🇪🇺 EU Region Shipping
Beginning July 1, 2026, the European Union introduced a €3 customs duty on many imported consumer goods valued below €150, charged per individual product category line (HS code).
To reflect these additional shipping costs, our shipping rates for EU destinations have been adjusted accordingly.
If you are charged this €3 customs duty upon delivery, simply email us a copy of the customs receipt and we will promptly reimburse the €3 so that you are not charged twice.
This reimbursement applies only to the new €3 EU customs duty related to HS codes. Any VAT, customs handling charges, or postal administration fees assessed by your local authorities remain the responsibility of the recipient.
Estimated delivery is 10–12 business days, depending on destination, customs processing, and seasonal demand.
