Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment is confirmed.
You will receive an email notification after your order has shipped.
How Shipping Is Calculated:
Shipping charges are calculated based on the total packed weight of your order.
Your shipping cost includes the complete fulfillment process, including the international postage, protective packaging materials, and preparation required to ship your order from Japan.
Sticker-Only Orders (Tracked Shipping)
Sticker-only orders are charged using a flat shipping rate based on our lowest shipping tiers. Currently:
US: $9.99
EU: $11.99
Gummy-Only Orders (Tracked Shipping)
Gummy orders are calculated according to the total packed weight of the shipment.
Mixed Orders (Tracked Shipping)
When stickers are added to an order, everything ships together as one tracked package. The shipping guidelines for gummy-only orders are followed. There is no additional shipping charge for the stickers.
🇺🇸 U.S. Shipping
All U.S. orders are shipped using local shipping networks, including Japan Post. These carriers offer the best balance of cost, reliability, and delivery speed.
Delivery usually takes 10–12 business days on average, depending on location, customs volume, or seasonality.
All import duties and applicable taxes are included in your shipping calculation at checkout. The amount shown at checkout is your final shipping-related cost—there are no additional import fees upon delivery.
🇪🇺 EU Region Shipping
All shipments are tracked. Delivery averages 10–12 business days. Customs processing and seasonal demand may cause delays.
Import charges are not included in our prices or shipping rates. The recipient is responsible for all applicable customs duty, VAT and postal or carrier clearance fees, payable before or upon delivery.
EU import regulations are evolving, including new customs charges on low-value parcels. Costs and procedures vary by country. Please check your national postal service or customs authority’s website for current charges and payment requirements before finalizing your order.
